How we handle your details

Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into a form, plus a small amount of technical information about how you arrived.

• Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and company name.
• On our guide and campaign forms, the answers you give about your role and decision making, your business structure, industry, location, age, size and turnover, how your tax is handled today, when you might want help, and whether you would like us to call.
• Anonymous usage statistics from Microsoft Clarity, which helps us see which parts of a page people struggle with.

We do not ask for and do not want your TPIN, your bank details, your ZRA login or any of your tax records through a web form. If we need documents from you as a client, we agree a secure route for them first.

Why we collect it

• To send you the guide, tool or information you asked for.
• To follow up in the way you asked us to. If you told us not to call, we do not call.
• To answer an enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote.
• To understand which of our pages and campaigns are useful.

Who sees it

Our own consultants and administrators in Lusaka and Harare. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, and website statistics are processed by Microsoft Clarity. Those two providers process the data on our behalf and nothing more.

We do not sell your details. We do not rent them. We do not share them with other firms for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client work are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Client records are kept for the periods Zambian law requires, including the six year record keeping period that applies to tax records and the ten year period that applies to transfer pricing documentation.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong and we will correct it.
• Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record for legal or regulatory reasons, in which case we will tell you which.
• Ask us to stop contacting you and we will stop. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site sets only what it needs to work, plus the Microsoft Clarity analytics cookie described above. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on the site.
